Getting started

How do I install it?

Follow the install page. It is a Chrome extension; pin it to the toolbar and open the side panel on your app.

Why does a beat show a red flag?

Nothing on the page matched the words in that sentence. Use the exact label the app shows, say where it is, and open the menu or dialog that holds it in an earlier sentence. Or press point and click the element on the page. The script guide covers every case.

It asked me which of two things I meant.

Two controls share a label. Pick one, and then make the label unique in the app or add a location to the sentence so it never asks again. The app guide explains the labelling rules.

What is the rework file?

After a rehearsal, step 05 in the panel downloads a JSON report of every beat that needed help, with the fix for the script and the fix for the app. Give it to whatever AI is building your app and ask for the rewrite.

Voice and export

Why can’t I export with the browser voice?

Chrome does not let the built-in voice be recorded. Pick a narrator under Look & voice, and exports use that voice.

Chrome says it needs permission to record the tab.

Right-click the page and choose “Allow Tuti Tuti to record this tab”, then press Export again. It asks once per tab.

Where do the videos go?

Your Downloads folder, named after the tutorial and chapter. They never leave your computer.

Account and billing

What does Free cover?

Everything except export: rehearse, play, the assistant, the rework file, the guides, and the MCP server. Export is part of Pro.

How do I go Pro, and how do I cancel?

From your account page: yearly or monthly, in CAD or USD; Stripe checkout adds the taxes for your location and accepts promotion codes. Manage subscription on the same page opens Stripe’s portal for the card, invoices, switching plans, and cancelling. Pro stays on until the period ends.

Why does a red TRIAL VERSION appear while I play?

You are on the Free plan. Playback is free so you can see your app narrate itself; the stamp appears at irregular moments so a screen recording of it cannot be passed off as a finished video. Pro removes it and switches export on.

Can a government department or a company pay by invoice?

Yes. Write to support@tutituti.ca with the number of licences; we send a quote and an invoice in Canadian dollars with taxes itemised, on net thirty terms, and accept purchase orders.

How do I delete my account?

From the bottom of your account page, or see deleting your account. It cancels any subscription and removes your account and usage. Your tutorials stay in your browser until you remove the extension.

Where is my data stored?

Account records are kept in Canada. Recordings stay on your computer. The privacy policy has the full map.
