Support · Customer success

Answer the same question once, in video.

The ten questions that fill the inbox become ten short videos. A support person writes them the way they would explain it on a call. Tuti Tuti performs them.

Support already has the scripts

Every saved reply, every macro, every “here's how” email is a tutorial script waiting for a cursor. Tuti Tuti needs exactly what a good support answer already has: one step per sentence, the real names of the buttons, and a note of what the customer should see next. Paste it, rehearse, export, link.

Made for the support desk

Fits the way a help team already works.

01

From macro to video

A saved reply is already one step per line. Add a transition at the top and it is a chapter.

02

Link, do not re-explain

One video per common question, placed in the help centre and in the saved reply.

03

The right voice, always

One narrator across every video, so the help library sounds like one calm person.

04

Blur customer data

Record on a real account; emails, numbers, and names are blurred live.

05

Fix one when it breaks

A release moved a button: re-rehearse that chapter, export that file. Five minutes.

06

Captions for everyone

Word-synced captions, and narration written for a listener, so the video works muted and with a screen reader.

Where videos live

Next to the question, not in a library nobody opens.

Put the two-minute video on the empty state, in the tooltip's Learn more, in the saved reply, and at the top of the help article. Short videos get watched when they sit where the question is asked.

Ten questions, one afternoon

1

Pick the ten

The questions that come back every week. Each becomes a chapter.

2

Write them like calls

One sentence per step, exact button names, what the customer sees next.

3

Rehearse and export per chapter

Place each file where the question is asked.

Support and success teams: the questions people ask

Can non-technical staff make tutorial videos with this?
Yes. If you can write a clear help email, you can write a script. The panel flags any sentence it could not place and tells you why, in words, and the assistant rewrites on request.
How do we keep forty help videos up to date?
Keep forty scripts. When a release changes a screen, re-rehearse the chapters that touch it and export only those. The extension tells you which beats broke.
Can we use our existing help articles as scripts?
Mostly, with light editing to the script guide's rules: one action per sentence, the exact on-screen label, open the menu before the item. The assistant can do the editing from an instruction.
Can several people share tutorials?
Tutorials live in each person's browser today. Copy the script text between people, or keep the scripts in your help centre's source. Shared libraries are on the roadmap.
Do customers need to install anything to watch?
No. The output is an MP4 like any other. The extension is only for the person making the video.
What does it cost per video?
Nothing per video. Rehearsing and playing are free with a trial stamp; Pro is $190 CAD or $150 USD a year, or $40 CAD or $30 USD a month, plus taxes, for clean playback and unlimited export.

Free to rehearse and play; Pro exports.
