Delete your account

From the account page

1. Sign in at tutituti.ca/account.
2. At the bottom, press Delete account, then Yes, delete it.

That is immediate. It cancels any subscription, removes your account record and usage ledger from our servers in Canada, removes your billing customer at Stripe, and deletes your sign-in.

By email

Write to support@tutituti.ca from the address on the account and ask for deletion. We confirm and complete it within thirty days.

What is not on our servers

Your scripts, tutorials, generated narration, and exported videos live in your browser and your Downloads folder. Removing the extension removes the first three; the videos are ordinary files you control.

What we keep

Invoices and payment records Stripe is required to retain under tax law, for the period the law requires. Nothing else.
