Pricing: the questions people ask

What does Free include?
Everything you need to try it on your own app: install, write, rehearse, the assistant, the rework file, the guides, and the MCP server. Playback previews the first minute of a tutorial with a red TRIAL VERSION stamp at irregular moments. No export. It is for seeing it work on your own app, not for publishing.
What does Pro cost?
$190 CAD or $150 USD a year, or $40 CAD or $30 USD a month, plus applicable taxes. The year is about five months' worth.
Which currency should I pick?
CAD if you are in Canada; USD otherwise. Taxes are worked out at checkout for your location, GST and HST included.
Can I cancel, and is there a refund?
Cancel any time from your account page through Stripe's portal; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then the account returns to Free. There is no refund, which is why Free lets you try everything first.
Can my organisation or department pay by invoice?
Yes. Write to support@tutituti.ca with the number of seats and we send a quote and an invoice on net thirty terms, in CAD, with GST or HST itemised. Government of Canada and provincial purchase orders are welcome.
Is there a promo code?
Checkout accepts promotion codes. Launch partners, educators, and public-sector pilots can ask for one at support@tutituti.ca.
Where is my data and my payment information?
Your account is kept in Canada. Stripe processes the payment and holds the card details; we see a reference, not the card. Your recordings never leave your computer.
